Main Responsibilities: Supervise and control production during the assigned shift Control and verify incoming materials Ensure proper operation of machinery Coordinate and manage the work team Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols Requirements: ? Valid forklift operator license ? Prior experience in team management ? Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity (will be considered a plus) ?
