Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive reservation and customer service agent to handle comprehensive reservation management, personalized customer service, and the sale of add-on products for a rapidly expanding company. Vehicle delivery and reception, including fleet condition verification This is a reservation and customer service agent position within a rapidly growing car rental company based in Girona. We seek energetic candidates with strong communication skills and fluency in both Spanish and English. Prior experience in sales or the car rental industry is highly valued. Responsibilities include providing personalized customer service, comprehensive reservation management, and selling add-on products, insurance, and additional services. The role also involves formalizing and closing rental contracts, as well as delivering and receiving vehicles while verifying delivery notes and fleet condition. A temporary contract of approximately six months is offered, with full-time hours from Monday to Sunday and rotating shifts. The gross monthly salary is €1.636,36, plus an attractive performance-based variable component tied to sales targets. Valid Spanish driving license class B is mandatory.
