Your performance will enable you to grow within the company, promoting you to Area or Regional Coordinator within a short period of time. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? · Acquisition and management of your client portfolio · Physical condition assessment and evaluation of individuals to be trained · Design of training routines and establishment of realistic goals · Rigorous monitoring of individuals you train and nutritional guidance · Motivation of clients to achieve their goals What are the requirements for this position? · Higher education degree in Sports or CAFYD (Physical Activity and Sports Science) · Social skills and leadership abilities · Customer orientation and goal achievement focus · Flexible working hours · No prior experience required What do we offer? · Indefinite contract and full-time schedule (I could also offer a 20-hour schedule plus complementary hours — please choose whichever suits you best) · Salary according to collective agreement plus incentives based on goal achievement · Internal promotion opportunities (Club Coordinator, Zone Coordinator, Regional Coordinator) · Initial training provided by the company · Business management and marketing tools training Salary: €751 – €1,800 Gross/month Social benefits Percentage bonus based on goal achievement Flexible working hours Other benefits: Gym access Job type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: €751.00 – €1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
