The main duties include the following: · Planning of tasks. · Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual; completing the corresponding form. · Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. · Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns; verifying that issues are fully resolved. · Carrying out the legionella prevention process; completing the relevant records. · Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations. · Responsible for directing the emergency plan. · Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. · Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. · Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. · Managing inventory and spare parts under management approval. REQUIREMENTS· Experience in a similar position. · Technical education \+ Installer certifications. · Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). · Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
