You’ll welcome customers, attentively listen to their needs, and confidently propose creative ideas. From their very first visit to the store, you’ll collaborate with each customer to develop the project best suited to their requirements. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** As a Sales Advisor\-Designer, you must be an excellent project manager, passionate about customer interaction, an active listener, and always ready to deliver creative, customized solutions. We seek a creative individual who is just as enthusiastic as the customer about transforming their home. The ideal candidate for this position will have: * Proven sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably in furniture sales. * A commercial, dynamic profile; accustomed to working toward targets Monday through Saturday—or according to the local store’s business hours. * Basic computer skills (user level). * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. * Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
