We are currently seeking a junior professional eager to learn and grow professionally, to join a dynamic team working on internal business, organizational, and digitalization projects. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with initial internship experience who wish to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and participate in diverse projects from day one. **What will you do?** * Support internal improvement and organizational projects * Assist in the analysis and monitoring of business data and KPIs * Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings * Collaborate on digitalization and automation initiatives * Support project coordination and tracking * Create and update reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI * Work alongside different departments according to business needs * Participate in improvements of internal processes and tools * Provide support for daily operational and organizational tasks **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or related field * Prior internship experience is valued * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Interest in business, technology, and process improvement * Organized, proactive individual with eagerness to learn * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills **Valuable assets** * Basic knowledge of Power BI * Interest in automation, AI, or digital tools **What do we offer?** * Professional learning and growth from day one * Involvement in real and diverse projects * Cross-functional business perspective * Dynamic and approachable work environment * Practical training and mentoring throughout role development If you are seeking an opportunity to learn, grow, and launch your career in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you.
