We are currently expanding and are looking to hire an International Operations Manager, a dynamic, leadership-driven, and strategically minded individual who wants to play a key role within a dynamic, creative, and constantly evolving company. • Supervise and coordinate all international operations of OYDE (B2B and B2C). • Serve as the main point of contact between suppliers, collaborators, and strategic partners. • Ensure operational and logistical excellence across all processes. • Work closely with the Sales Director and teams in Sales, Marketing, and Production. • Actively participate in the company’s strategic decisions. • Analyze, measure, and report daily operational performance. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and efficiency. • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize internal processes. • Work autonomously, responsibly, and with a team-oriented mindset. * Experience 1 year. • Autonomy and confidence in making operational decisions. • Problem-solver, proactive, and results-oriented. • Face challenges with energy, organization, and composure under pressure. • Stand out with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, capable of turning challenges into opportunities. • Ability to foster curiosity, patience, and a commitment to continuous learning. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree - Business Administration and Management - Business Sciences * Bachelor's or Engineering degree - Market Research and Techniques * French (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Medium, written Medium) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Skills / Knowledge: • University degree (an MBA will be valued positively). • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or project management. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Experience in dynamic environments and using project management tools. • Native or perfect command of French and Spanish. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time * Gross monthly salary 2083 * Additional information of interest: Joining OYDE means becoming part of an established and growing company where every person matters.
