Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Intern to learn about Talent Acquisition, Selection, Onboarding, and daily HR operations in Córdoba. Key Highlights: 1. At our company, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to join us as a Human Resources Intern at our Córdoba offices. Learning Opportunities: You will learn and provide key support in the following areas: Talent Acquisition: Assisting with CV screening on job portals and scheduling candidates for local selection processes. Selection: Progressive participation and support in conducting personnel selection interviews. Onboarding: Collaborating in designing and implementing the onboarding plan for new hires, ensuring they receive the best possible welcome. Daily Management: Supporting administrative tasks specific to the HR department. Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field. Mandatory Requirement: Ability to sign a training agreement with your university or business school. Location: Residence in Córdoba. Soft Skills (Competencies): We seek someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
