Your Role: The primary responsibility of the **Data Scientist Specialist** position is to closely collaborate with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and various business areas to identify, design, and implement advanced analytics solutions that directly impact key performance indicators—improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, optimizing resource management, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will be part of Iberia’s transformation toward a data-driven organization, with high visibility among middle and senior management. Your Challenges: * Core Responsibilities * Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics to operational and business processes. * Design analytical solutions in collaboration with senior members of the data team. * Develop and implement Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI models for use cases such as forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, and process automation. * Work with large-scale datasets using Python and Spark within the AWS ecosystem. * Prepare reports and presentations with clear recommendations for both technical and business audiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper adoption and implementation of developed solutions. * Contribute to building a data-oriented culture through the use of advanced analytics methodologies and tools. Your Knowledge: * Passion for advanced analytics and data exploitation. * More than 2 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or consulting projects. * Experience designing and developing analytical solutions aimed at solving business problems. * Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing innovative analytical approaches. * Ability to operate as an end-to-end Data Scientist, participating in all phases of the analytics project lifecycle. * Strong programming skills and experience developing high-quality solutions in Python, Spark, and/or R. * Excellent communication skills to present results to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Advanced proficiency in SQL or equivalent technologies for data manipulation and exploitation. * Cloud environment experience. Knowledge of tools and services such as AWS SageMaker, Fargate, and/or Airflow is highly valued. * Business acumen to contextualize data and derive valuable insights. * Strong programming and data manipulation capabilities using dataframe-like structures.
