We are looking for a Cook for a permanent position in our Ondara project, where you will contribute to our commitment to excellence in customer service. We seek to welcome a COOK to our kitchen team who possesses a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain perfect presentation across our buffet services, meals, and structured kitchen operations. As a Cook, you will be responsible during your shift for ensuring a high-quality gastronomic experience for our guests, reporting to the Head Chef. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and cooking of meals. Support in menu planning and development for groups and events. Stock control, goods receipt, and proper food storage. Cleaning, peeling, and preparation of raw ingredients. Transportation of tools, equipment, and materials required for service. Washing of tableware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in work areas. Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
