Customer service and loyalty: Delivering excellent service at checkout lines, ensuring adherence to the company’s customer service commitment, as well as understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events), and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensuring proper collection procedures in line with company standards, accurately performing cash drawer reconciliations and cash withdrawals according to established protocols. Workstation maintenance: Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
