You’ll be where you can do your best work, begin fulfilling your purpose, belong to an incredible global team, and become the best version of yourself. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Engage with hotel guests to enhance service experience by activating services across all lobby-area establishments (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.) * Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, laundry), either handling them directly or identifying appropriate vendors. * Respond to special requests from guests with specific needs and follow up to ensure their satisfaction. * Gather, summarize, and share local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities and surrounding area offerings—including special events and local activities. * Contact the appropriate person or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping, Server – Food & Beverage) as needed to resolve a guest call, request, or issue. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to a manager; complete safety training and certifications. * Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. * Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and fulfill guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. * Communicate with others using clear, professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and promptly; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. * Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen to and appropriately address fellow employees’ concerns. * Meet quality control expectations and standards.
