Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer/DevOps with a builder mindset to lead the technical development of an early-stage product, defining its architecture and exploring AI. At RightHand, a company specialized in digital talent acquisition and hiring, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer/DevOps with a builder mindset to assume a key role in an early-stage project, working very closely with the CTO and leading the product’s technical development from its earliest phases. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and scaling the product almost from scratch, making technical decisions autonomously, judiciously, and with long-term vision. This role goes far beyond task execution: here, you define the product, make structural decisions, and build solid foundations. Additionally, we seek candidates with an open, experimental mindset, motivated to develop using AI support and actively explore new tools and workflows—such as Claude Code or other emerging solutions—to increase speed and efficiency. This candidate will be tasked with leading the product’s technical development, defining its architecture and best practices, executing autonomously, and building the necessary foundations to scale both the product and the future technical team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end technical development of the product (frontend and/or backend). * Define, evolve, and maintain the project’s architecture, tech stack, and best practices. * Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions. * Work very closely with the founding team and fractional CTO, participating in strategic decisions. * Iterate quickly, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of delivery. * Lay the groundwork for the future technical team (structure, standards, culture, and ways of working). * Integrate AI tools into the workflow to accelerate development without compromising quality. * Ensure best practices for deployment, maintenance, stability, and scalability of the product. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in backend and/or full-stack development. * Strong knowledge of: **JavaScript** **Python (Django)** **Docker** * Experience working with **APIs and service-based architecture**. * Knowledge of relational databases (**PostgreSQL**). * Experience with cloud platforms and deployments (**AWS** or similar). * Experience with **CI/CD** and modern development best practices (PRs, code review, testing). * We use **Git flow**, with frequent PRs to dev and main branches, always accompanied by code review.
