Grupo Clave is recruiting a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to lead the Occupational Risk Prevention Department. ### **What would your responsibilities be?** * Management of in-house, subcontracted, and concurrent workers. * Coordination of business activities. * Supervision of compliance with safety regulations. * Coordination with external Prevention Services. * Training on Occupational Risk Prevention topics. * Monitoring and control of preventive activity performance. * Accident investigation and generation/control of preventive measures. * Coordination with certification bodies for machinery and equipment compliance according to RD/1215\. * Negotiation and management with the Safety and Health Committee. * Preventive documentation management. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum five years’ experience in this role, preferably in the iron and steel metallurgy sector. * Qualification: Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (Master’s degree covering all three specialties is mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations. * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work on-site in the outskirts of A Coruña. * Availability for business travel. ### **What does the company offer?** * Employment contract with a growing and developing company. * Contractual stability. * Flexible working hours. * Salary commensurate with experience.
