About the Role Are you eager to join the team and participate in a telecommunications project specifically for a major National Operator? What Will You Do on the Project? You will be part of a new Radio Service team composed of members based in Spain and Portugal. Your Profile To thrive in this position, you must have solid RAN experience in Ericsson environments with multi\-technology expertise (2G/3G/4G/5G), focused on Mobile Network Configuration, to lead and execute databuild activities, parameter governance, configuration control, change quality assurance, and automation in multi‑RAT (2G/3G/4G/5G) environments. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams at a major National Operator. Key responsibilities include Operational Support and Network Configuration (creation, connectivity, activation of radio features, parameter configuration and audits, SW Upgrade\-Update, adaptation of configuration tools).
