We are currently seeking a Python and FastAPI specialist to join a platform integration project and participate in the design and development of data-oriented APIs. You will collaborate on designing and developing Python APIs to expose data from gold layer data pipelines to internal consumers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure proper integration with Databricks and with the Frontend team. What are we looking for in you? * More than four years of software development experience. * Solid experience with Python. * Professional experience with FastAPI. * Good knowledge of SQL. * General understanding of data projects and architectures. * Experience or knowledge of AWS. * Ability to work in cross-platform and cross-technical-team integration environments. * Upper B2 level English, with the ability to hold conversations and communicate regularly with the rest of the team. * Availability to work in hybrid mode in Málaga, with 2\-3 days per week onsite. **Your responsibilities include:** * Designing and developing APIs using Python and FastAPI. * Exposing data from gold layer data pipelines to internal consumers. * Collaborating with Data Engineers to ensure integration with Databricks. * Working jointly with the Frontend team to define and consume APIs. * Participating in decisions related to data architecture and integration. * Applying best practices in development, API design, and database architecture. * Working with data and cloud technologies within the AWS ecosystem.
