The selected candidate will have access to the most modern materials and tools in our facilities to fulfill these responsibilities and ensure delivery of high-quality products to our customers. **Your Responsibilities:** * Complete assemblies per drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing tests when necessary * Demonstrate advanced knowledge of inspection equipment, their functions and applications, ensuring all parts and assemblies meet specifications * Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed correctly, following all established procedures * Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) * Operate various precision measurement tools—including micrometers, vernier calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)—in a warehouse environment, as well as hand tools such as hydraulic torque wrenches and torches * Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising during the assembly process * Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a results-oriented approach * Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as convert between different units of measurement * Participate in Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities when required and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures * Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds (approx. 23 kg) * Other duties as assigned based on business needs **Your Profile:** * Experience in a shop or workshop environment * Knowledge of automation, control systems, and electrical components * Experience as a rotating machinery mechanic, mechanical device technician, or general mechanic * General education certificate or vocational training qualification * High school diploma (HS Diploma / GED) and 5–7 years of relevant experience * Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and technical drawings, safety standards, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals * Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and customers * Customer orientation, focused on timely delivery and quality of work performed * Basic computer skills for using or learning data entry systems and the Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to work overtime and weekends with minimal advance notice when required * Demonstrate behaviors that promote teamwork and continuous improvement **What We Offer:** * A comprehensive benefits package alongside a competitive salary Flowserve is a global leader in manufacturing and after-sales service for integrated flow control systems.
