This programme is designed to provide you with a complete professional experience: learning by doing, supported by mentoring, training, and constant team guidance — all within a collaborative environment where *“good vibes”* are never in short supply. Your main responsibilities will be: Learning the best practices and methodologies we apply at Cívica. Joining a development team, starting with internal projects to consolidate your learning and gain confidence in our environment. **What Do We Need From You?** ---------------------------------- We’re looking for people who bring a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine desire to learn. **You must be eligible to sign a training agreement with a development department.** And additionally, we’ll be *living* if you have knowledge in... ️ Backend Development (Java/.Net). ️ Frontend Development (Angular/React). ️ Familiarity with or experience using Liferay. ️ Knowledge of development best practices (testing, clean code, SOLID principles). ️ Basic software design knowledge (DDD). ️ Experience with clean architectures (hexagonal).
