We are looking for final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics or related fields who are eager to join a multinational company where they can apply all their knowledge and skills. The selected candidate will support the Audit and Compliance team in preparing, executing, and documenting internal audit processes—including ICS, ICC, ISO 9001—and tasks related to regulatory compliance. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? What will your responsibilities be? * Support in collecting and verifying evidence for internal and external audits. * Preparation of executive presentations, reports, and documentation for Management Committees and reviews (ICC, ICS, ISO). * Maintenance and updating of control matrices, action plans, and process documentation. * Tracking of tickets, pending actions, and deadlines in coordination with stakeholders. * Support in task automation using Excel and generative AI tools (Copilot, Power BI, etc.). WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? Requirements * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formatting, Logical Functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, etc.)) * Basic knowledge of AI applied in professional settings: o Use of Copilot (Chat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) o Report generation and structuring oo Light automation * Preferred: Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate. * Clear and structured communication, both oral and written. * High curiosity, initiative, and mindset of continuous improvement. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Rigor and attention to detail (essential for auditing). * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across multiple departments.
