As Hostess, you will be the restaurant’s first impression—responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table flow with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and outstanding experience from the very first moment. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting, welcoming, and escorting guests. * Managing the reservation system and waiting list. * Coordinating with the front-of-house and kitchen teams regarding table occupancy and service timing. * Maintaining clear and effective communication with the team to guarantee the best possible guest experience. * Delivering consistently professional and friendly service.
