




Position Summary: Technical Responsible for Legalization to ensure industrial regulatory compliance of stores, coordinating inspections and training maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure legal maintenance compliance and good practices in stores. 2. Supervise OCA management and coordinate with Control Bodies. 3. Train maintenance teams on applicable regulations. We are seeking to hire a TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE FOR LEGALIZATION, responsible for implementing necessary actions to ensure the proper legal maintenance status of stores, promoting and applying good practices in accordance with guidelines set by senior management, with the objective of improving and guaranteeing compliance with industrial legal regulations affecting various facilities across our centers. Ensure training and information for all store maintenance teams on legal matters, and monitor activities carried out by various Control Bodies. Your main responsibilities will be: * Supervise OCA management by holding periodic meetings with Control Bodies. * Coordinate inspection dates with inspectors for conducting OCAs. * Monitor the status of conditional and negative OCAs to enable prompt resolution. * Liaise with Regional and National Industrial Competent Authorities regarding submission of documentation and applicable regulatory requirements. * Manage acquisition or transfer-related documentation procurement from Competent Bodies during center transfers or acquisitions. * Manage technical reports for installations present in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Service Stations, and Distribution Platforms. * Implement newly introduced regulations and monitor their application. * Review, update, and manage technical-legal contracts applicable to different establishments. * Visit establishments experiencing difficulties in facility legalization areas. * Train maintenance teams on regulations applicable to centers. * A university degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) is mandatory. * Proven professional experience in a similar role. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Flexible working hours. * Technical knowledge of Service Stations / Gas Stations will be highly valued.
