This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a multicultural and dynamic team where excellence in service and attention to detail are top priorities. ### **Requirements** You will have the chance to demonstrate your COMPETENCIES in: Assisting the Head Maître in the operational management of the restaurant. Supervising and ensuring proper service execution, guaranteeing correct dining room setup and mise en place before service begins. Coordinating, supervising, and training the front-of-house team on service standards, protocols, and menu knowledge. Handling incidents professionally, courteously, and efficiently. Advising guests on dishes, allergies, and pairings tailored to the restaurant’s style. Supervising and managing reservations, monitoring occupancy, and anticipating peak activity periods. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations while maintaining the quality standards and protocols of a 5-star hotel.
