Essential requirements include holding a medical degree or diploma and being registered with the Medical Association prior to commencement. Previous experience in this role, proficiency in Office 365 and record-keeping software, knowledge of geriatrics, and familiarity with the R\+ program are highly valued. Responsibilities include participating in technical and clinical assessments, attending daily resident consultations, and communicating with residents' families. Additional duties involve handling administrative procedures with the health center and pharmacy orders, reviewing monitoring logs, coordinating the nursing team, supervising medication administration, prescribing treatments, and performing wound care.
