You will join the Production team, contributing to the proper execution of heparin extraction and fractionation processes in a dynamic, regulated, and continuously improving environment. We are seeking a committed, responsible individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, actively participating in operations that ensure the plant’s correct functioning and compliance with the company’s quality standards. **Your Purpose** ---------------- Your purpose will be to ensure that heparin extraction and fractionation processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards, thereby contributing to the plant’s proper operation and ensuring full traceability of all performed operations.**Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Carry out production and control processes according to established and approved guidelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality criteria. * Accurately complete production and control records, ensuring full traceability of all operations performed. * Perform equipment, instrument, and facility usage, cleaning, and maintenance operations following established procedures. * Record cleaning, maintenance, and production activities in accordance with defined documentation requirements. * Participate in material receipt, identification, and storage operations, ensuring proper management and traceability. * Manage product identification and storage within the facilities according to established procedures. * Collaborate in activities required to ensure the proper functioning of the document management system. * Ensure compliance with the plant’s safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental regulations. * Assume operational responsibility for the facility during solo on-site periods, guaranteeing correct production operations and access control. **Education** ------------- Medium or Higher Vocational Training cycle related to: * Industrial Chemistry. * Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, and Related Products. * Quality Control and Analysis Laboratory. * Industrial Mechanics. * Other related qualifications. **What We Value** -------------------- * Experience as a production operator in industrial plants, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sector. * Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Ability to work following standardized procedures and instructions. * Orientation towards quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Responsibility, autonomy, and commitment to team results. * Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues. **Additional Differentiators** ----------------------------------- * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience in regulated production environments. * Experience in basic industrial equipment maintenance operations. * Knowledge related to chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnological processes. * Experience in documentation management associated with production processes. **Other Information You Should Know** ------------------------------------ * Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shift work. * Join a growing company within a highly specialized industrial environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning in an innovative production environment. **Competencies** ---------------- Corporate Mindset Ability to Learn and Adapt Initiative Teamwork**What We Offer?** ------------------- We are proud that over 10\.000 people have found their professional project at Grupo Fuertes.
