Your mission will be to assist patients with various pathologies by providing health education for managing their daily lives and promoting motivation to adopt healthy lifestyle changes. **What you will do on a daily basis:** * Conduct health surveys to collect useful data regarding respondents' health status and well-being, aiming to understand overall health, factors affecting specific diseases, opinions about provided medical services, and individual health-related risk factors, among others. * Perform a comprehensive general health assessment, taking into account the patient’s complete medical history. * Collect health data in accordance with internally established quality standards. * Transcribe clinical information clearly, orderly, completely, and understandably. * Assist patients unfamiliar with their own medical history. **What we offer:** * Temporary contract, 30 hours/week. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 14:30. * Initial and ongoing training. * Opportunity to grow within a globally recognized company in service provision. * 100% remote position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree/Degree in Nursing (Registration with the Spanish Nursing Association required). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the healthcare sector. * Computer skills at user level.
