* Implementation and application of the Plant’s World Class Manufacturing (WCM) continuous improvement methodology.
* Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, PPE usage, Environmental, Energy, and Quality standards.
* Organizing, directing, and motivating the production shift team to achieve stable output in terms of both quality and quantity.
* Knowing and enforcing all applicable regulations among team members, and reporting any anomalies.
* Monitoring that equipment settings and adjustments are correct.
* Understanding all positions under one’s supervision and updating related documentation.
* Identifying, managing, and analyzing, together with responsible personnel from respective departments, anomalies affecting product quality or installation/equipment performance.
* Managing labor and human relations within one’s team, being accountable for workplace climate, team development, and identifying training needs of the group.
* Ensuring achievement of assigned targets and autonomous maintenance goals.
* Developing continuous improvement projects across various plant areas.
**Is this job right for you?** **This job is right for you if you are:**
A person with experience managing staff in industrial environments (production and/or maintenance teams), capable of monitoring and enforcing all Group safety rules and principles, as well as quality standards, and familiar with TPM- and continuous improvement–based work environments (WCM program).
**And you have:**
* A Technical or University Engineering degree, or
* A Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) qualification, provided it is supported by relevant experience for this position.
* Knowledge of production organization techniques and industrial costs.
* Knowledge of production management methodologies applied in Excellence Programs or continuous improvement and TPM environments.
* User-level computer skills.
* Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention will be valued.
* Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable.
