With a strong track record in the industry, we take pride in offering high-quality accommodations and exceptional cuisine at each of our establishments. **Job Description:** As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all designated areas of our facilities are maintained in immaculate condition of cleanliness and order. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean guest rooms, common areas, corridors, restrooms, and other assigned zones following ALEGRIA Group protocols and standards. * Apply effective cleaning techniques to remove dust, dirt, and stains from various surfaces (furniture, floors, walls, glass, etc.). * Vacuum and sweep floors, as well as mop and disinfect surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. * Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring proper functionality of fixtures and timely restocking of supplies. * Clean and maintain furniture and decorative elements, paying special attention to details. * Ensure cleanliness of climate control and ventilation components, such as visible air grilles and ducts. * Efficiently manage cleaning products and equipment, ensuring their proper use, maintenance, and storage. * Restock and organize cleaning supplies and amenities in designated areas. * Identify and report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance needs in the facilities to the relevant supervisor. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our guests. * Maintain a proactive and attentive attitude toward guest and facility needs.
