Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Technician for Construction Works for our Technical Office in Catalonia, to lead the technical team and ensure proper development of energy rehabilitation projects. DESCRIPTION At CAPIA Management, we specialize in the Energy Rehabilitation of Buildings and Housing, leveraging support and subsidies from the Next Generation EU Funds, acting as a Rehabilitation Agent or Manager, and providing the market with a turnkey service covering the entire process—from the initial Technical Project, through subsidy application, financing management, to construction and installation execution. We are currently seeking a Project Technician for Construction Works for our Technical Office in Catalonia, as part of our delegation team headquartered in Barcelona. As Technical Director, you will be responsible for achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives, applying the company’s technical policies within your scope of action in accordance with the company’s overall policies, and leading technical content and team. RESPONSIBILITIES Those inherent to a Construction Works Technician, and all necessary to ensure proper development of the company’s Energy Rehabilitation Projects within your region, guaranteeing achievement of the following objectives: * Compliance with applicable regulations, especially the Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE), the Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE), and municipal regulations. * Economic optimization of the Project (most efficient design and maximum subsidy utilization). * Proper definition of the Project to ensure a well-founded tender process, correct execution (without inconsistencies or lack of detail), and proven solutions that avoid or minimize subsequent issues. * Strict adherence to Project development deadlines. * Specifically, you must: * Carry out, in coordination with the Technical Directorate team and aligned with the company’s technical and general strategy: o Building Technical Inspections (ITE), o Existing Building Books (LEE), o Energy Efficiency Certifications, o Building Energy Rehabilitation Projects, o Subsidy and Grant Applications, o Site Visits, Work Control, and Monitoring. * Report to the Technical Director, providing full support required to achieve project production targets, and interact with the Commercial Department to deliver all necessary technical support for pre-commercial offer studies—including calculations, documentation, presentations, and on-site accompaniment if required.
