Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Director to manage the internal network of Summa Corporate Group, responsible for achieving targets, implementing the commercial strategy, and leading teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the internal network of a Corporate Group across more than 20 provinces 2. Lead commercial teams and Business Managers 3. Implement and establish the brokerage's commercial strategy We are looking for a Commercial Director to manage the internal network of Summa Corporate Group, located across more than 20 Spanish provinces. **Reporting to the General Commercial Director, the main responsibilities are:** – Be accountable for achieving the objectives set in each case. – Implement the brokerage's commercial strategy. – Lead Business Managers as well as Commercial Agents under their responsibility. – Design appropriate commercial campaigns to meet budgetary goals. – Provide necessary support to the assigned team (training, mentoring, monitoring, etc.) to ensure achievement of assigned objectives. **The ideal candidate profile is:** – Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate insurance (Property Damage, Civil Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Risk, etc.). – Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading commercial teams. – Experience in acquiring external collaboration networks. – A professional insurance broker license (Level A or equivalent) is highly desirable. **Willingness and availability to travel is mandatory.** If you are interested in this position, please complete the following form or send your CV to **info@grupo\-summa.com** or complete the following form
