The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of making critical decisions, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring the entity’s sustainable growth. As the highest-ranking executive, the CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for translating the strategic vision into tangible operational and financial outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * **Vision and Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve organizational objectives. * **Operational Leadership:** Oversee day-to-day operations and efficiency across all internal departments. * **Financial Management:** Full responsibility for P\&L, budget management, cost optimization, and revenue generation. * **Talent Management:** Lead, motivate, and mentor the executive team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. * **Institutional Relations:** Serve as the primary representative to strategic partners, investors, and other stakeholders. * **Innovation:** Identify opportunities for operational and technological improvement to maintain market competitiveness. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 8\-10 years in senior executive roles (CEO, General Manager, Managing Director). * **Education:** Advanced university degree. An MBA or advanced executive education is highly desirable. * **Languages:** Professional fluency in **Spanish and English** (written and spoken). * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to manage crises, resolve conflicts, and lead change initiatives. * **Results Orientation:** Analytical mindset focused on profitability and operational efficiency. * **Communication:** Excellent negotiation skills and executive-level presentation abilities.
