We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Primary purpose and objective of the position:** * Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management. **Educational requirements (studies):** Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A Master's degree in building structures, mechanics, electricity, installations, or similar fields will be valued. **Language requirements:** English C1 **Personal considerations:** * Interpersonal skills: interaction and communication with client and project team, decision making, teamwork, good oral and written communication, active listening, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability. With a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation. * Organizational skills: planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating. Ability to clearly set priorities in conflict situations. * Technical skills: general technical knowledge. Document rigor and attention to detail. * Computer tools proficiency: strong knowledge of commonly used office software and project management software for planning and budget management. **Key responsibilities:** * Support engineering area project management in equipment selection and installation for optimal reliability, availability, and ease of maintenance. * Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management. * Manage external resources: suppliers and external engineering firms. * Present project functional scope, required resources, budget, and execution timeline for approval by internal client. * Maintain good communication with internal clients before and during project execution. * Prepare documentation associated with investment requests. * Supervise and control project budget. * Review and approve invoices and complete the project’s financial closure.
