Thanks to the success of this model, the brands Arctempus and Zenhia were created. Arctempus specializes in adding value to acquired properties through renovations. As a result, and due to the creation of a variety of differentiated products in the real estate market, Zenhia emerged to manage asset operations across all rental modalities: short-term, temporary, and residential. If you're motivated to work in an innovative environment with significant growth opportunities, we've been waiting for you! **What will you be doing?** Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the organization's internal control processes, risk management, and corporate governance. This role involves reviewing and analyzing financial and operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting Internal Audits: Plan and execute internal audits across various areas of the organization, identifying risks and proposing recommendations to mitigate them. * Evaluating Internal Controls: Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring they are appropriate and functioning correctly. * Analyzing Financial, Accounting, and Analytical Data: Analyze accounting, financial, operational, allocation, and other data to detect irregularities, fraud, or inefficiencies. * Providing solutions to resolve identified issues and implementing controls to prevent future occurrences. * Reporting Results: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present recommendations to senior management. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable internal and external regulations and standards. * Advisory and Continuous Improvement: Advise departments on process and control improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **What does our ideal candidate look like?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing. Prior experience in Big 4 firms, auditing, investment funds, or construction is desirable. * In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, as well as auditing methodologies. Advanced ERP knowledge (Dynamics Business Central is a plus; otherwise SAP, ORACLE, PRINEX). * Advanced Excel skills.
