Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Technical Supervisor to organize activities, coordinate teams, supervise construction execution, and ensure quality and performance in rural development. Supervising construction execution and controlling materials. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor in Toledo. **Work Location** -------------------- * Toledo **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize construction activities following the site manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate on activity scheduling, budget preparation, and layout planning. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators in specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as material and supply reception at the site or warehouse, following the site manager’s instructions. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise construction execution, including measurements, performance calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environment. * Draft and sign relevant work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the data provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Spanish-recognized FP II or CFGS qualification in an agricultural specialty. #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention Course (50 \- 60 hours) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driver’s license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 2 years’ experience in construction / execution of forest roads. * 1 month to 2 years’ experience in operating forest machinery. * 1 month to 2 years’ experience in dike construction. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Drone pilot license * Phytosanitary products license **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term substitution contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, depending on the triggering event.
