Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Site Supervisor to organize and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, performance, and supervision of projects related to rural development and conservation. Supervision of construction execution and material control. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor in Toledo. **Work Location** -------------------- * Toledo **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize on-site construction activities following the site manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in scheduling interventions, preparing budgets, and setting out plans. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators in specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as receipt of materials and supplies on site or at the warehouse, following the site manager’s instructions. * Take responsibility for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise construction execution, including measurements, performance calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the intervention’s safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports, and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the supporting documents for the data provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Spanish-recognized Intermediate Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) qualification in an agricultural specialty. #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention Course (50 \- 60 hours) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month up to 2 years of experience in construction / execution of forest roads * From 1 month up to 2 years of experience in operating forestry machinery * From 1 month up to 2 years of experience in dike construction ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Drone pilot license * Phytosanitary products license **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term substitution contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, depending on the triggering event.
