Language skills, motivation, proactive attitude, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, … **Job Position:** ---------------------- The selected candidate will join an interdisciplinary team, providing socioeducational support, daily life guidance, and promoting the personal, emotional, and social development of resident young people. Main responsibilities: * Plan and implement activities. * Foster a positive coexistence environment and mutual support. * Conduct systematic observation of children and adolescents (C&A) to identify their strengths and areas requiring intervention through interdisciplinary collaboration. * Support them in improving basic habits and social skills that enhance their well-being and development. * Participate in team meetings. * Participate in the annual project evaluation within the team coordination frameworks. * Address educational support needs. * Promote healthy lifestyles, study habits, and values. * Guarantee a SAFE and trusting space for C&A. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Monday to Thursday: 10:30–14:00 and 15:00–19:15. Friday: 10:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:30. Summer Schedule: 8:00–15:30 (Summer School) (June 15 – September 14) **Minimum Educational Qualification:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Annual gross salary: 27\.500\-29\.000 euros.
