




**Functions**: * Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via email or telephone in Opera * Identify reservation needs and determine appropriate services and room types * Ensure maximum profitability through upselling, recommending hotel facilities, rentals, golf, and resort services. * Explain guarantee policies, special rates, and cancellation policies to the group contact person * Enter rooming lists correctly when required * Indicate special reservations (e.g., employee discounts, travel agent rates…) by entering the correct code and rate in the reservation system * Update reservations to prevent errors during check-in and check-out * Follow up on all unconfirmed requests * Work according to departmental and company standards and procedures * Foster a positive work environment, support the team in achieving common goals, listen actively, and maintain respectful conduct with other employees * Maintain confidentiality of property information, company projects, and protect the privacy and security of employees and colleagues **Requirements**: * Knowledge of Opera and Concept * Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills * Availability to work some holidays and Saturdays * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment * Ability to work within a cohesive team * Good communication skills * Customer-focused mindset, ability to remain calm and always courteous * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the resort **Languages**: * Advanced French (desirable) * Fluent English (mandatory) * Fluent Spanish (mandatory) * Advanced Catalan (desirable) **Conditions**: * Full-time position * Shifts: 9 am–5 pm, 10 am–6 pm, or 11 am–7 pm * Contract type: Permanent * Immediate start
