**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Conversion, coordination, and billing of stays across various SmartRental Group properties.
* Handling customer reservations and requests within stipulated timeframes.
* Customer support via telephone, e\-mail, reservation systems, and chat.
* Constant communication with various front desks to coordinate guest-related information.
**What are we looking for?**
* A commercial profile with negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and proactivity.
* English proficiency is mandatory.
* A consistently service-oriented attitude aimed at delivering high-quality customer service.
* Experience in telesales is valued.
* Possession of an officially recognized disability certificate is positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunities.
