Responsibilities • Perform check-in and check-out ensuring customer satisfaction. • Perform concierge duties. * Management of complaints/incidents and resolution thereof. • IDS: Charge and manage OTA reservations, internal management of the extranet as well as knowledge of its different functions. • Promote the sale of all sales points and services offered by the hotel. • Engagement: customer loyalty and being their reference throughout their stay in the city. * Management and coordination of all information related to the day and guests with the rest of departments, thus ensuring the correct execution of tasks.
