We are looking to incorporate a **Receptionist** into the team of **Hostal Es Grop**, seeking a person with a positive attitude, clear customer orientation, ability to adapt to new challenges, and, above all, enthusiasm for working within a dynamic team, contributing ideas and growing professionally. This is a **newly opening hostel in July 2026**, located in Port de la Selva, with 18 rooms, where we seek committed individuals eager to be part of the project from its inception. **Main tasks and responsibilities:** * Customer service and advisory support regarding hostel services and local area information. * Performing check-in / check-out, reservation management, payment processing, and invoicing. * Managing customer communication channels (telephone, email, platforms). * Organizing and overseeing the reception area and assigned tasks. * Coordinating with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are in optimal condition. * Providing support for breakfast service when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in reception or customer service. * Flexible working hours. * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. * Advanced Catalan and Spanish. * English and French focused on the tourism sector. * Strong motivation to work and learn. * A proactive, organized individual with excellent customer interaction skills. **Offered:** * Full-time employment contract for nearly the entire year. * Salary according to the hospitality collective agreement. * Shift-based work. * Opportunity to join a new project with professional growth potential. * Positive work environment. **If you wish to be part of the opening of a new hostel in a privileged location such as Port de la Selva, we are looking for you!** Salary: €1,520.00–€1,550.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract.
