Anahita Boutique Hotel – 4 stars At Anahita Boutique Hotel, a distinguished 4-star boutique hotel located in the center of Málaga and renowned for its elegance, personalized service, and excellence, we are looking to hire a Reception Assistant with digital marketing expertise. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and who also has an interest in the digital environment and online communication. Professional Profile Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (preferred). Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Main Responsibilities Providing personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Managing reservations, handling phone calls, and responding to email inquiries. Billing, collections, and other administrative tasks associated with the position. Supporting the hotel’s digital presence: creating and publishing social media content, collaborating on online campaigns, and maintaining brand image.
