




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to ensure a fantastic stay for visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, payments, and resolving incidents with friendly and attentive service. Management of payments, invoices, and daily important information recording. We are looking for a person to perform reception duties in a tourist environment in Southern Fuerteventura. Your role will be key to ensuring our visitors enjoy a fantastic holiday, supporting day-to-day reception operations. You will be responsible for following established procedures, efficiently managing guest arrivals and departures, and providing friendly and attentive service. You will also resolve any queries or incidents that may arise, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. Additionally, you will handle payment and invoice management, maintain a record of the most important daily information, and take care of items entrusted to us. We value someone who enjoys interacting with people from diverse locations and strives to deliver impeccable service. Previous experience in similar positions is desirable. A minimum language level of B1 in English and German is essential. Knowledge of the Prestige hotel management software and proficiency with office tools such as Gmail and Google Drive are advantageous. Residency in the area is required.
