We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for Receptionists for one of our hotels \- Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva, Girona. We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who is communicative and strives to improve daily. Proactive in seeking new opportunities for satisfaction — both personal and for their team — and, above all, for our guests. If you recognize yourself in these words, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! The main responsibilities include: * Managing reservations. * Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests, performing appropriate check-in procedures. * Assisting guests during their stay. * Handling telephone requests. * Maintaining effective communication with guests and colleagues, managing complaints, and coordinating maintenance and room cleaning tasks. * Supporting sales objectives. * Managing hotel emails and phone calls. * Managing front-desk closing procedures. * Performing other duties as required for the position. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or sales. * University degree in Tourism or equivalent higher vocational training (CFGS). * Foreign language skills are valued. * Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), e.g., Sihot, and sales experience are valued. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence near the workplace is preferred.
