Flexible compensation and social benefits DESCRIPTION We seek to hire personnel for the production department whose primary mission is to ensure the quality management system at our facilities, as well as to monitor and manage quality throughout the entire production process. Responsibilities are varied, though the most important include: * Monitoring and control of production orders. * Managing teams of over 100 people and achieving daily targets set by the company. * Monitoring shelf-life samples (maintenance and withdrawal). * Tracking traceability and batch identification. * Quality control, monitoring, and preparation of labeling for production execution. * Monitoring line personnel teams to collect production data (KPIs). * Supplying necessary materials to production lines. **WE OFFER**: **Professional Development.** We strongly believe in investing in our employees’ training and helping them maximize their potential.
