These professionals will primarily execute and maintain batch process scheduling in complex technological environments, ensuring correct execution of batch flows, coordination with other technical teams, and resolution of operational incidents. Responsibilities: * Configure and maintain batch execution schedules. * Monitor the execution of automated processes. * Identify and escalate incidents related to batch scheduling and execution. * Participate in the continuous improvement of service procedures. Collaborate with operations, development, and support teams to ensure service continuity. **Qualifications** Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in batch process scheduling. * Knowledge of scheduling and automation tools. * Analytical skills and incident resolution capability. * Batch scheduling and automation tools, ITSM (Control\-M, Autosys, UC4, Java, GitHub, Unix/AIX/Linux, ITNow, Editran, SAP Transport) * Operations consoles and monitoring tools. * Basic scripting knowledge. * Familiarity with distributed systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on-call duties. * Intermediate level of English. Preferred Qualifications ITIL or technology-specific certifications. Official English language certifications.
