Position Summary: A professional responsible for the full management of building construction projects, including quality control, cost and schedule management, and client and supplier relations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full project management and construction supervision. 2. Quality, cost, and schedule oversight. 3. Direct communication with clients and suppliers. ### **Job Description** * Review and analyze project documentation to identify ambiguities, errors, or contradictions. * Plan preparation, execution, and control of construction work. * Manage, supervise, or approve the general layout and setting-out of the works. * Manage on-site resources, relationships, and communications. Act as the primary contact for the Technical Supervision Authority, and coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors. * Monitor quality, costs, and schedules of the construction work. * Resolve quality-related issues directly with the client, supported by the Group Manager. * Prepare and submit payment certifications to clients. * Approve invoices from material suppliers and service providers (subcontractors). * Conduct the final inspection of the works prior to client acceptance. * Manage the PACMA (Quality and Environmental Assurance Plan). * Issue Non-Conformance Reports and assess corrective actions taken by contractors involved in the project. * Address client complaints and claims. * Obtain required permits, licenses, and authorizations. * Ensure proper waste management. * Manage Occupational Health and Safety documentation for the site and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and applicable legal requirements. ### **Desired Qualifications** * Technical or Higher University Degree (minimum: Technical Architecture degree). * Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
