If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, proactive, and enjoy delivering top-tier customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are building an exceptional team and would love for you to join our project. ### **Requirements** • Minimum one year of experience at the front desk of 4* or 5* hotels. Experience in international hotels is highly valued. • Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS. • C1-level (or equivalent) English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. • Education in Tourism-related fields. • Availability for rotating shifts. • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team. • High personal presentation standards. • Fluent command of the following languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English.
