




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of the Front Office by coordinating the team to deliver a warm and professional guest welcome, and leading continuous improvement. Ensure the proper functioning of the Front Office area by coordinating the team of receptionists and bellhops to guarantee a warm, professional, and personalized welcome for all guests. Supervise and support check-in and check-out processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and acting as the point of reference for incident management. As a leadership figure within departmental operations, actively participate in team training, continuous improvement initiatives, and the creation of WOW moments for guests throughout their stay. Requirements Required: * Bachelor's degree in Tourism or TEAT-related training * High-level spoken English, French, and one additional language * Proficiency in standard computer applications * Opera knowledge is desirable * Minimum two years of experience performing similar duties in the hotel industry, including team management.
