Candidates must hold a high school diploma (Bachillerato) or vocational training qualification in Administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess intermediate-level English proficiency. Daily responsibilities include handling telephone calls, reception duties, document filing, calendar management, submitting documents to official agencies, mail handling, and supporting legal professionals. Prior experience in similar functions is highly valued. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; and on Fridays: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. The gross monthly salary is €1,424.50, paid in twelve annual installments.
