We seek individuals who wish to contribute to the university’s continuous improvement by using information analysis as a tool to drive quality and decision-making. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking to hire an Academic Quality Technician to join our Quality Department. We want an organized, rigorous individual with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, indicators, and processes. We seek a candidate skilled at interpreting data, preparing reports, and collaborating on the continuous improvement of the university’s academic quality. You will work closely with the Quality Directorate, participating in strategic projects and gaining a comprehensive understanding of university quality processes. **Essential Requirements** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance processes in educational settings. * Familiarity with regulations, evaluation procedures, and academic accreditation processes. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. * Ability to work with indicators, databases, and large volumes of information. * Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC). * Support the collection, analysis, and organization of evidence required for internal and external audits. * Prepare and keep updated documentation associated with academic and institutional quality processes. * Participate in preparing reports, records, indicators, and documentation required by evaluation and accreditation bodies. * Monitor improvement plans arising from audits, internal evaluations, and accreditation processes. * Manage databases and indicators linked to academic quality, ensuring information reliability and traceability. * Perform document control, archiving, and custody of evidence related to the quality system. * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal quality audits. * Collaborate in updating and reviewing internal regulations, procedures, and instructions related to academic quality. * Provide support during verification, modification, monitoring, and accreditation processes of official degrees. * Monitor academic performance, satisfaction, and experience indicators across various stakeholder groups. * Collaborate with different university departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes and propose improvement actions contributing to institutional excellence. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of data analysis and quality indicators. * Additional training in quality management, continuous improvement, or internal auditing. * Familiarity with digital tools for process and quality management. * English language proficiency at B1\-B2\ level. **What UTAMED Offers** * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise. * Permanent contract. * Annual gross salary of €23\.000. * One day of remote work per week. * Flexible working hours (start time between 08:00 and 10:00; end time between 17:00 and 19:00\). * Early finish on Fridays. * Intensive work schedule for two months per year. * Continuous training and professional development. * Participation in strategic quality and continuous improvement projects. * A stable position within a rapidly growing university. * Gym access and parking space. **Are You Interested?** If you are passionate about information analysis and process improvement, and wish to build your career in university quality within an innovative and continuously expanding project, we want to meet you!
