Positive work environment. **Administrative Workshop Receptionist – Industrial Vehicles and Tachographs** At **Ángel Sanz, S.L.**, we are seeking to hire an **Administrative Workshop Receptionist** for our **industrial vehicle workshop** and **tachograph technical center**. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with experience in the automotive sector, capable of efficiently and professionally managing customer service and administrative support for the workshop. **Main Responsibilities** * Answering phone calls and attending customers in person. * Receiving vehicles and opening work orders. * Preparing and tracking quotations. * Scheduling appointments and monitoring repairs. * Invoicing, administrative management, and document archiving. * Communication with customers, workshop staff, and spare parts department. **Requirements** * **Prior experience in the automotive sector is mandatory.** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in workshop reception, administration, or after-sales service. * Basic computer and office software skills. * Organizational ability, customer service orientation, and incident resolution capability. * Valid driving license class B. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **industrial vehicles**. * Knowledge of workshop processes, quotations, and invoicing. * Experience serving professional clients or fleet customers. **Offer** * Joining an established company and a stable project. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * Positive work environment. * Compensation based on experience and merit.
